To keep our in-house plan straightforward and affordable*, we’ve outlined a few important details below.
- This is not insurance. It is an in-house discount plan offered through Terravita Smiles.
- Plans are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be renewed annually.
- Unused benefits do not roll over and are non-refundable.
- Pricing may change after the annual period, with notice provided to plan holders.
- A $75 fee will be charged for no-show appointments.
- Members may be removed from the plan without a refund due to frequent cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows.
